Sales Force Automation (SaaS) Adoption Accelerator Fortune 100

This case study highlights the deployment of a Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution to improve sales effectiveness in a Fortune 100 technology company.

Using Neochange's AdoptIT™ approach to identify adoption risks and barriers to value realization, the project was able to get a stalled deployment back on track towards a 5% sales effectiveness objective.
