Positions:
Managing Principal & Engagement Director
We are looking for CXO level change leaders with 18+ years of experience driving multi-faceted large-scale transformation initiatives (such as business reengineering, operational transformations, enterprise-wide technology adoption, or organizational restructuring/turnarounds) to lead client engagements and manage/extend client relationships to generate a minimum of $2M annually through development of "more work" in multiple client accounts. Acute business acumen is essential together with excellent client handling skills and demonstrated ability to think and act both strategically and operationally. Our organization is fluid, flat and evolving, so flexibility in both role and approach is critical to success in our environment. Our environment is ideal for thought leaders and high end delivery practitioners looking to extend their reach and impact while collaborating in designing and driving the next generation of business "transformations".
Responsibilities
- Plan, structure and deliver large-scale transformation
engagements (up to $2M) driving targeted business
performance outcomes
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
in two to three accounts simultaneously to maximize
customer lifetime value
- Align executives on Intention, Vision and Target
Outcomes of initiatives/engagements
- Work closely with and mentor the Neochange Senior
Engagement Manager to ensure quality delivery content
- Develop strong client relationships with senior
and C-level executives
- Provide strategic counseling to executive-level
clients
- Harvest accounts, extending through Neochange's
service map
- Mentor and develop capabilities of internal staff,
client sponsors and client staff

An ability to lead through influence, continuously manage expectations, and motivate senior and executive management to make decisions and take action is fundamental to success in this position.
Required Capabilities
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and strategic thinking skills backed up by initiative to make things happen. He/she will be able to quickly grasp the needs of our clients and translate that into how Neochange can support their achievement of target performance outcomes. The successful candidate must have strong planning and organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to shape and close large ticket, high client value engagements.
Knowledge of account planning, operational strategy, process modeling and analysis techniques and metrics, systems dynamics, scenario planning, ROI analysis, and business performance measurement would be advantageous. The ability to communicate effectively and to articulate complex concepts both in person and through reports/presentations to various levels of industry executives and client management is essential. Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% of the time is a prerequisite.

Principal & Sr. Engagement Manager
We are looking for seasoned change leaders with 10+ years of experience serving in a delivery management role driving multi-faceted transformation initiatives (such as business reengineering, operational transformations, enterprise-wide technology adoption, or organizational restructuring/turnarounds) to manage/execute complex client engagements. Our approach encompasses broad conceptual work as well as detailed analytics - so candidates must have the ability to span that spectrum, be willing to roll-up their sleeves and get involved in the execution of our day-to-day client delivery work while nurturing/managing client relationships. Our organization is fluid, flat and evolving, so flexibility in both role and approach is critical to success in our environment. Willingness to travel a minimum of 60% of the time is a prerequisite.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of (or execute aspects of)
program components and deliverables, including:
- Development of business case (problem/opportunity)
- Assessment of adoption risks and appropriate mitigation
techniques/plans
- Analysis of change capacity, business risk and
organizational/system dynamics
- Formulation of adoption strategy as well as maturity
and value realization paths
- Development and execution of stakeholder and sponsorship
management plans
- Development of performance outcome and KPI metrics,
baselines and targets as well as measurement methodology
- Development and execution of transformation roadmaps
and program plans, including internal marketing
campaigns, communications and change leadership
strategy/plans
- Operating model impact analysis and transformation
planning (maturity-based solutions)
- Lead Neochange and client teams to achieve project
milestones.
- Partner with Neochange Managing Principal/Engagement
Director to support top client decision-making, while
providing strategic counsel to executive level clients.
- Actively participate in decision making with Neochange
Managing Principal/Engagement Director and seek to
understand the broader impact of current decisions.
- Analyze problems and recommend creative solutions;
identify issues and communicate effectively with client
management.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data. Play
an active role in the problem solving aspect of engagements,
and completing project tasks within scope and budget.
- Identify and evaluate complex business risks and
define mitigation activities. Generate innovative
ideas and challenge the status quo.
- Build a nurturing positive working relationship
with our clients, with the intention to exceed client
expectations.
- Effectively utilize metrics to gauge project success
and identify potential risks.
- Maintain and report on project performance. Participate
in client and internal presentations.
- Identify additional opportunities to "up sell" the
current engagement and utilize client relationships
and knowledge of the client issues to secure "more
work" and additional business.
- Scope and pitch projects to new and existing clients
as required. Support business development efforts
with research, structure, creative thinking and innovative
ideas.
- Support Neochange "thought leadership" initiatives
by developing and sharing content expertise internally
and externally when requested.
