Departing from traditional change management approaches, our methodology drives results by actively engaging all levels of leadership in making the change happen and "stick". Our approach keeps the organization's leadership front and center in creating the vision and stakeholder value propositions and in the management of value realization. Our adoption strategy, grounded in a set of disciplines that includes system dynamics, behavioral dynamics, organizational development, innovation diffusion and risk management, is to simultaneously enable, push and pull stakeholders to "adopt" a change through:
